Performance

The sRGB emulation mode clamps this effectively, but we preferred using the Custom preset for most content. The biggest compromise is black-level smearing: dark transitions are noticeably slower than on fast IPS panels, especially at 60 Hz. At 160 Hz the issue mostly disappears, but it remains a factor in slower-paced games and dark desktop themes. Input lag measures around 4 ms, which is imperceptible in real use.
